The "Heal my Gut" online program is now available to purchase and listen to in the comfort of your home. The price of the complete program is A$300. This is a one off payment that gives you ongoing access to all 13 recordings. To protect this intellectual property the recordings cannot be downloaded but only live streamed via your smart device or computer.

To help heal your gut, all you have to do is find 12 minutes a day to listen to your daily hypnosis session. Once a week, listen to the longer hypnosis session in order (session 1 to 12). The program is designed as a healing narrative and therefore, each session builds on the last session.

All you need to do is find 15 minutes a day to listen to the daily gut hypnosis session.

At least once a week listen to the longer hypnosis session.

Once your purchase has been approved you will be sent your own personal password to unlock your access to all hypnosis recordings. Please note that to protect my intellectual property your access via your personalised password will be monitored and any sharing of recordings or breach of copyright will result in a cancellation of your access to the program.

Contraindications - Must Read before Purchasing
Please do not use this gut directed hypnosis protocol if you are experiencing major depression; having suicidal thoughts; or have ever been diagnosed with psychosis and/or schizophrenia. Hypnosis is never suitable for individuals who have a history of psychosis or schizophrenia as it may increase dissociation which is part of these disorders. In addition, do not use if you have been diagnosed with Paranoid; Schizotypal; Schizoid or Anti-Social Personality Disorder. If you have significant alcohol or drug dependency issues these need to be resolved prior to using hypnosis as it will also increase your dissociation.
If you experience suicidal thinking while using the hypnosis, please cease using it until you are feeling your mood has improved and you are stable for a period of time. I would suggest you discuss this with your GP if you have any concerns prior to commencing hypnosis or if you are experiencing any suicidal thinking. Please also remember not to drive for 15 minutes after playing any of the hypnosis sessions.
